Fishing has been steady with live shrimp in the Bays. Should get better with cooler temps

We are still catching limits of trout with live shrimp in Upper Galveston Bay adjacent to deep structure. Best bite has been early morning with moderate tidal flow.
Offshore remains good for sow Red Snapper & big Mangrove snapper over wrecks on live bait.
