Islamorada Underwater Coral Gardens Fishing Reports (July 2026)

we have been catching big king mackerel, sailfish, large blackfin tuna up to 30#s,lots of yellow tail snapper and a few wahoo

Winner is in full winter is in full swing with 70° temperatures during the day and fantastic sale fishing, the King mackerels are around to bend the rod, as well as some really nice tuners. The mutton snappers have moved into the deep water of course groupers are closed so we don't fish for them and basically it's just my favorite time of year. nothing is more fun than hooking up to a sale Fish and watching him job and having the boat back down on them for the real excitement on the right weather day, put the Kites up...

Not much this past week, we were out of town and had some bad wind. Good day yesterday though!

Double boat charter (limit 6 per). But great group. One guy got his first sailfish and as tradition has it... jumped in!!

Winds been pretty brutal lately, but we're still catching Snook back in the park. Trout fishing has been decent as well

Weather has been some windy days and other days completely calm and off the chain for the Wahoo bite. Offshore has been action packed. We are catching Wahoo in 100-230 feet, they love to bite when there is a overcast and minimal seas. We expect them to stick around and keep slaying them; just like last year. As they make the perfect eating as raw, sushi, cooked, or, smoked as fish dip! Last week on a full- day offshore with Team Redbull; Ace of Spades released 4 Sailfish (Captain Maurices favorite). This makes a adventure filled and action packed day...

The reef is on fire! Grouper snapper yellow jacks triggers even found a mahi or two
