Fishing report offshore 7/6/26
King mackerel and cobia fishing has been solid. Bottom fishing also continues to be pretty consistent. All done on our 6 and 8hr offshore trips.

Update 6/12 fished south today and caught a sail right off in about 200 ft. Pushed in to the ledge and fought scattered grass. Could not keep the lines clean Managed 3 dolphin and pulled the hook on a large dolphin We have openings next week and weekend fishing has been good for the most part but the scattered weed put a damper on catching.

We had a fun family outing today, spent 2.5hrs in the harbor fishing for bull reddrum using fresh caught menhaden. Our eldest son only has use of one arm so forgive his way of holding the bull, but he got him to the boat so had to get a photo!

Fishing has been very good inshore and offshore. Offshore the grouper bite is fantastic and that will last through December. People should take advantage of it! I know how to find em.

For the months of September, redfish will be my primary target species along with sea trout and flounder. As fall approaches the bite will continue to get better and better!

Had a great experience, we caught a lot of fish. Daniel was aware of all the hot spots for the best bite. We’ll definitely lock in another trip in the near future.
Top notch. Very accommodating and took great care to give 10 yr old grandson his first fishing adventure. Came home with redfish limit. Definitely returning. Guide is 29 yr veteran detective in Mt P Police force.
