The most consistent action has been coming from crankbaits worked around rocky areas and shaky head rigged finesse worms fished around docks, primarily in 5–12 feet of water. Bass are often holding in small groups, so anglers may experience slower stretches between bites, but it’s common to catch multiple fish once an active area is located. Bass are often holding tightly in small areas, so while there may be slow stretches between bites, it’s common to catch multiple fish once an active group is located. Been getting into some good white bass along with quality amounts of largemouth. Especially on this cloudy windy days when the fronts are blowing through. Targeting long main lake points with brush on them fishing over the tops of the brush and on the edges. Also targeting main lake drains with a Texas rig and a dropshot.
