A native Texan, Wyatt has been fishing Central Texas waters for over 20 years. His fishing acumen developed based on his own experience and also learning from others in the area, throughout the country, and beyond.
Wyatt runs his own fishing guide service where he gets to share his love of fishing every day. His goal is to help you make your own fishing memories. For him, these guide trips are a dream come true; He gets to share in his clients’ memorable experiences while doing something he enjoys.
Wyatt's favorite part about guiding anglers is when he gets to relive their excitement alongside them, whether it’s their first catch or maybe a notable trophy fish. Even better, he can’t help but to smile when a father takes his son fishing for the first time and he get the opportunity to help shape that memory!
More recently, he's been participated in tournament fishing for the past seven years. Competitive fishing has really taken him to the next level when it comes to landing fish!
Join Captain Wyatt aboard his 21' Skeeter to whack the bass on Lake Travis! He knows how to get you those adrenaline-pumping tugs, so listen closely to his trips and tricks. His Skeeter has the perfect combination of speed and stealth and can bounce you around to his favorite spots quickly and sneak into secluded honey holes unnoticed. On this half day or full day adventure, you’ll be targeting Largemouth Bass and Smallmouth Bass using artificial lures and light tackle. These fish are a classic for both beginners and experienced anglers, making this trip the perfect family outing. The vessel can accommodate 3 people, and the 250HP Yamaha engine will provide you with a smooth ride over the lake. Captain Wyatt will provide all rods, reels, and tackle on this all-inclusive adventure! He will also provide bottled waters, but feel free to bring your own food and drinks. During this fishing trip we will be targeting bass exclusively out of the thick matted grass. lures used will be top water early in the mornings and the rest of the day we will have a big rod, big line, and big weight. We will be making short pitches into the grass "punching" looking for those big girls hanging in the deep shade. Read More
