The bottom fishing in Destin is some of the best I've seen in years right now! We are catching lots of vermillion snapper, trigger fish, white snapper, almaco jack and red snapper. Red snapper season starts June 1st and runs till Aug 18th!

The bite has been slow trolling this week but bottom fishing is on fire! We have caught tile fish, snapper, AJs, almacos, triggers, white snapper and grouper! The seas have been rough 3 footers was our best day, most days 5 footers around 4/5 seconds and overcast! Hopefully some good weather is to come.

Inshore fishing report- schools of Spanish mackerel can still be found on the incoming tide near the Destin pass and along the beaches, along with a few pompano and whiting in the surf.
Red Fish are being caught near the Destin bridge on the outgoing tide along with the Destin Jetty’s.
The speckled sea trout bite has been slim to none, but the Best Bite has been early morning on grass beds using live bait.
Near shore, fishing report-

Recent 6 hour trips. The Gags were released unharmed. We still have a really good vermillion snapper bite. Still some triggers around lots of red snapper catch and released. Spanish mackerel are biting early in the mornings.

Zack is a consummate professional, with a hometown feel. He was clear and very helpful in preparing us for the hunt. In addition, he placed us in a fantastic location to succeed in our hunt. I will definitely be coming back and also recommending him to our friends and family.
Great Time!! True hunting! lots of fun and lots of hogs !!! Zach was extremely helpful getting my trophy boar’s skull home. Very thankful for all his extra help and efforts!
