The bay fishing has remained good throughout the past couple weeks. Catching some nice boxes of fish on artificial lures and fresh cut bait. The windier spring weather has created some good fishing conditions for redfish out on our grass flats. Actually have had a lot of productive days targeting redfish because of the warmer windier weather patterns. Gold spoons, soft plastics mimicking shrimp or mullet, and fresh cut mullet have been slamming the reds. Fishing has been great even with the wind blowing!

The bay fishing has been good for redfish throughout the past couple of weeks. Catching lots of reds on soft plastics up on the shallow grass flats around South Padre. It's been windy which makes conditions favorable for hooking into some good redfish. I've also been catching some very solid speckled trout. Several have been over 26 inches. All in all it's a good time to get out on the bay and stretch a line. My schedule is filling up so let's go fishing at South Padre.
