We're throwing tx. rigged Senkos 2' to 5' of water in the spawning areas and flats. Also light c-rigs with flukes. I'm booked the rest of March but have good April dates available. It's fishing good and going to get better.

Welcome to Lake Fork The lake is at full pool now A lot of bass were moving up shallow on the last good warming trend with surface temps reaching the upper 50s in the afternoon in certain areas. We have had frigid freezing temps this week though which have knocked temps way back down for a bit. They were biting orange or red square bills, lipless cranks and chatter baits in 3' to 5' on shallow flats outside of creeks and secondary points. We're getting a good warming trend all next week and the post spawn is about to get real good all the way to the spawn and these fish are fat. Once they pull up shallow they don't move to far back out. Just fish a little further backoff the spawning flats in your nearby ditches and drains. Your Northern part of the lake will have a little warmer surface temps which a couple degrees can make a lot difference in the bite when its cold. Trips starting to book up so don't wait too long to get a preferred date for the post spawn and spawn.

February the bass with start their transaction to their shallower pre spawn staging areas. Now is time to book your pre spawn and spawn dates. Should be a good Spring! Cranks, spinner baits, Neko rig and drops shot shallow in the back of creeks is the most consistent in 4' to 7' of water. Some of the boat houses have also produced. Smaller bait working best because of the shad their earing. I think the rst of Nov. will be good offshore for larger bass. Good Fishing!

Brett got my daughter and I hooked up with fish to take home in less than an hour. Very accommodating and obviously very experienced on Lake Tawakoni. We had a great time, great memories for a daddy/daughter weekend!

Never used a guide before, but Eddy was everything we expected. We were taught technics as well as best bait for the circumstances. You don’t learn effective fishing methods overnight so we will definitely hire Eddy again for our ongoing fishing adventures. Thanx again to Eddy.

Had a great time on the lake. The weather was a little off but Capt. Joe knew all the right spots to go. We will definitely go again when the weather gets better.

We had an epic day on Lake Fork with Jay! He knows the lake like the back of his hand and had us throwing off points and dropoffs, and up and around structure where the big bass hang out. Jay doesn't miss a beat and had us dialed in all day. Felt like fishing with an old friend and can't wait to be back for more. - Jonathan with Captain Experiences

I had a fun early morning fishing trip with Joe! He knows the lake like the back of his hand so he took me to some of his best spots! The fish weren’t biting too much in a number of the spots but were were able to catch a handful in the end. He taught me about a number of jigs and baits used for this time of year the Bass are biting on, which was awesome to learn! Overall a great experience and definitely would recommend him to anyone looking to go catch some Bass and for a great fishing experience!
