About Your Trip

Get out on the water with Captain Jeremiah and explore the stunning Intracoastal and backcountry waterways that Amelia Island and the surrounding Low Country have to offer! On this trip, you'll dial in your casts while chasing a variety of exciting inshore species, especially Redfish, Spotted Trout, and even Tarpon!

These fish are a blast to catch on fly tackle, and they'll whack a wide variety of fly patterns. Use streamers, shrimp patterns, mullet patterns, crab patterns and more to attract bites, then get ready for a big fight! Most fly trips are "CPR"—catch, picture, release—but if you want to keep you fish, Jeremiah will happily clean and package them for you.

Every trip with Captain Jeremiah is customized for you. Depending on the season, time of day, tides, and more, Jeremiah will make sure you're set up with the perfect flies for targeting your preferred species. You'll be fishing from his 18' flats boat, which has a super-shallow draft to allow you to access the areas where fish like to hide out.

Although there's no experience required to have a blast on this trip, it might be worth practicing your cast before stepping onto the boat so that you can spend more time fishing and less time learning the ropes. That said, Captain Jeremiah is an excellent teacher and will get movie fishermen up to speed in no time!

In the event of inclement weather, our guides will check the conditions and make the final call on whether its safe to go on the trip. If they decide the trip needs to be postponed, we'll work closely with you to reschedule or provide a credit for the full deposit, which can be applied to any of our trips in the US and beyond.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, bait, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.

After booking your trip, we'll connect you directly with your guide to discuss additional details. In the meantime, our team is here to answer any questions via email, text, or phone.
