On any trip with Captain George, you can expect to target a selection of fish including Cobia, King Mackerel, Mutton Snapper, Sailfish, and Yellowtail Snapper. You'll be using a variety of techniques such as heavy tackle, live bait, artificial lures, bottom fishing and trolling. Just let Captain George know what you want to catch and he'll get you set up with the best method to get one on your line!
You'll be fishing aboard 27' Blackfin that was designed to attack these nearshore and close offshore waters with a vengeance! This do-it-all vessel comes with all the necessities including GPS, Fishfinder, a Live Bait Well, Outriggers, and an Ice Box to store your catches.
George will provide all the rods, reels, and licenses, to cooler space, ice, and waters, so all you need to bring are your favorite snacks and drinks, weather appropriate gear, and a camera to document your catch! Whether you'd like to sit back and wait for the reel to start screaming, or if you want a rod in your hand the whole time, Captain George is there to make sure you catch a pile of fish and have the best possible time doing it!

From the beautiful grass flats littering the lower keys, to the mangrove biome North at Flamingo, to the offshore waters just south in the Atlantic. Captain George has two boats a 16' technical poling skiff for maneuvering the flats and everglades, and a 27' center console for exploring the deep water.
