I was born in France and moved to Louisiana 36 plus years ago. I owned a renowned restaurant in New Orleans and had tv shows (including with Martha Stewart). When I left the restaurant business I became a Commercial Aviation pilot flying for a private Family. I have fished my whole life all over the world (5 continents) and avidly fished Louisiana for 36 years. I have a passion for fly fishing. I mainly operate out of Bayou Bienvenue. Because of my passion for fly fishing I can spot and see fish when other can’t and earned the nickname of the “fish whisperer “ in Louisiana. I love flying big planes as well as Paragliders. About Your Trip

To the avid Anglers, I always check not only the weather, winds and tides ( or currents) but the atmospheric pressure, therefore will decide which precise locations to fish (and catch).

We would launch between the hours of 6am and 7 am depending on the season and of course YOUR wish.

I always provide plenty of live bait and of course will have an extensive collection of artificial lures. The 3 predominantly used techniques would be under a popping cork, bottom rig, or top water artificial bait.

There will always be chilled water and soft drinks bottles availability, and there will be a very nice lunch and snacks provided for the “full day” trips.

Providing an excellent fishing experience will come with a VERY ENJOYABLE time. I take so much pleasure in what I do!

I have fished LOUISIANA Waters for 36 years and can say that They are a blessing not comparable to any others (have fished 3 continents and a multitude of countries).
