Join Captain Mike for 6-hours of action-packed fishing in Galveston, Texas! Captain Mike has fished the Galveston Bay complex for over 15 years, so listen closely to his advice - he’ll take you to where the fish bite! You’ll target the Texas Big Three: Flounder, Redfish, and Speckled Trout while fishing on Captain Mike’s 22’ Sea Pro boat. This boat can accommodate 4 anglers and is equipped with a 150 HP Yamaha engine. Captain Mike likes to launch from a couple different places around Galveston depending on where he thinks the best fishing will be that day. This will be a 5 hour trip from dock to dock. We will be targeting trout, redfish, black drum and sheapshead. We will be using popping cork and shrimp on spinning gear. Texas saltwater fishing license is required. Time and location are subject to change depending upon weather and fishing conditions. Captain will let you know when and where. Read More

It's hard to review these types of trips a lot of factors go into this from weather, the way the fish bite etc. the trip was pretty straightforward nothing spectacular I was really bummed we did not catch a lot. Captain Mike was informative as a guide. The fish were just not cooperating that day so keep that in mind. I would suggest though if you aren't sure what the fish taste like to have him use different zip lock bags, he put all of ours in one bag and I'm not sure which fish is what now. For what we paid though I can say it was more affordable that most other guides make sure you bring cash though I also didn't know about the live bait which was 25.00 it said it on his website but not on captain experiences so luckily, I had cash on me, but it affected the tip I was going to leave him. …
