About Your Trip
Join Captain Parker for an unforgettable day exploring the inshore waters around Edisto Beach, where the quiet beauty of the Lowcountry meets world-class fishing. A lifelong angler with deep roots in the area, Captain Parker brings his passion, patience, and expert local knowledge to every trip—making it ideal for first-timers, seasoned anglers, and families alike.
Depending on the season and tides, you’ll have the chance to reel in Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and
Flounder. Trips are tailored to the day’s conditions and your experience level, using techniques like light tackle, spinning, and popping corks. Whether you're drifting live bait along oyster beds or sight-casting to tailing Reds in the flats, Captain Parker will guide you to the action and walk you through every step.
You’ll be fishing from a well-equipped 18’ flats boat, purpose-built for navigating shallow creeks and backwaters. With room for up to three anglers, the boat features modern navigation and fish-finding tech, a wireless trolling motor for quiet approaches, a live bait well, a multimedia system, and an ice box to keep your drinks cold and your catch fresh.
When you fish with Captain Parker, everything you need is included: rods, reels, tackle, lures, all live bait, and even your fishing license. After the trip, your catch will be cleaned and filleted for you back at the dock—just bring your favorite snacks, plenty of water, polarized sunglasses, and reef-safe sunscreen (no spray, please). Beer is allowed in moderation, but hard liquor and glass bottles should be left behind.
Families are more than welcome, and younger anglers often leave with a new love for fishing thanks to Captain Parker’s friendly, easygoing approach.
As a strong supporter of conservation, Captain Parker follows all local regulations closely. That includes a limit of no more than three Redfish per trip, with none over 21 inches. If you’re unsure what can be kept, just ask—he’s happy to explain and help you make the most of the experience while respecting the resource.
Trip times vary based on the tides, and Captain Parker will coordinate the best departure window with you directly to give you the best chance at success.
Whether you’re chasing Redfish in the marsh grass or drifting for Trout under a golden sunrise, a day on the water with Captain Parker offers the perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and authentic Lowcountry charm.
