Depending on the season and what's biting, you'll target a variety of Panfish
and Bass while fishing lakes throughout the Hayward area. Jonny guides Lost Land and Teal Lakes, Round Lake, the Spider Lake Chain, Windigo Lake, Lac Courte Oreilles, Big Sissabagama, and a number of smaller local waters. With so many options nearby, he can choose the lake and tactics that give your group a great opportunity for a productive day.
You'll fish aboard Jonny's 18.5' Ranger 185VS powered by a 150HP Yamaha VMAX. It's a comfortable and capable setup for exploring the lakes of Northern Wisconsin and getting you where the fish are.
One of Jonny's favorite parts of guiding is sharing the techniques and knowledge he's built over decades on these waters. Every lake fishes a little differently, and he'll help you understand structure, fish-holding areas, presentations, and tactics that you can take with you on future trips.
Rod and reels, tackle, life jackets, bottled water, and snacks are provided. Just bring a valid Wisconsin fishing license, weather-appropriate clothing, and rain gear. Anglers of all experience levels are welcome, and Jonny especially enjoys helping families and younger anglers build memories on the water.
