Of course, Jim isn’t just a Coast Guard certified charter captain. He walks the walk and talks the talk when it comes to serious fishing on the lake. Jim’s father started taking him fishing on Lake Michigan when he was about 5 years old.
Those early days on the lake learning to fish with his dad instilled a love of the sport and the lake in Jim that has only grown over more than 50 years.
You will be fishing the Coho capital of Illinois we are also known for our Lake trout population theirs always something biting out of Waukegan that's what makes fishing from this port so exciting. 8 hour trips provide more opportunities to catch more fish!
