Captain Wayne has been boating since the early 2000s and currently runs a Nauticstar 26’ center console with twin 150 Yamaha outboards. He has been fishing in this area since 1973 when his dad was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base. Before becoming a captain, he worked as a chef for 35 years. His love for fishing began as a child while fishing offshore in the Gulf. He has a lot of experience in bottom fishing and trolling. Captain Wayne is also a skilled chef! He loves advising on how to cook it at home or recommending some of the best local restaurants to cook your catch.
