Book your next trip with and find out what the fishing in Slidell is all about. With Captain Jason at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.

These waters are known for Amberjack, Redfish, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout, Blacktip Shark, Flounder, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself! You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, popping, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

This is a child-friendly charter service, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. You're welcome to bring snacks!

Your trip begins aboard a 22' Rookie Boats bay boat that holds up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

It's always wise to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. There will be some light snacks available on board.
