Join Captain Aaron for an offshore fishing adventure out of New Smyrna Beach and experience some of the productive waters surrounding Ponce Inlet. With more than 20 years of experience commercial fishing these local and offshore grounds, Captain Aaron focuses on creating fun, family-oriented fishing trips while putting his extensive local knowledge to work for every group that steps aboard.
Trips are available in several durations, allowing anglers to choose the experience that best fits
their goals. The 6-hour trips focus on nearshore and offshore waters up to roughly 15 miles offshore, offering opportunities for trolling, bottom fishing, and seasonal cobia sight fishing along the beaches. The 8-hour trips venture farther offshore to fish deeper water and target a wider variety of reef and wreck species. For anglers looking to maximize their time on the water, the 10-hour and 12-hour trips reach deeper offshore ledges and Gulf Stream waters where some of the area's most sought-after species roam.
Depending on the season and conditions, potential catches include Amberjack, Cobia, Gag Grouper, Scamp Grouper, King Mackerel, Sailfish, Wahoo, Mangrove Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Lane Snapper, Blacktip Sharks, and other offshore species. Techniques may include trolling, bottom fishing, jigging, spinning, and deep-water fishing depending on the day's target species and conditions.
You'll fish aboard a fully restored 26' Dusky Pilothouse, a boat known for providing more shade and a drier ride than many vessels of similar size. Equipped with modern electronics, GPS, fish-finding technology, a live bait well, and all required safety equipment, the boat is designed to keep anglers comfortable while exploring offshore waters.
All rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, fishing licenses, and fish cleaning are included. Whether you're an experienced offshore angler or introducing your family to saltwater fishing for the first time, Captain Aaron works hard to create a safe, enjoyable, and memorable day on the water.
