Captain Neil has spent a lifetime around the water, beginning on the rivers, streams, and lakes of his native Pennsylvania before expanding his fishing to the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean.

After first visiting Florida in 1999, Neil developed a passion for the state's nearshore and offshore fisheries and eventually made Palm Beach his home waters. Today, he uses that experience to target everything from Snapper and Grouper around local reefs to Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Kingfish, and Sailfish offshore.

Neil is also a certified scuba diver and became a divemaster in 2018, with experience leading dive charters out of Islamorada and Stuart.

Whether you're an experienced angler or bringing the family out for the first time, Neil enjoys sharing the waters around Palm Beach and building the day around what your group wants to experience.
