Hey Rodolfo. I’m sorry to hear that this trip didn’t live up to expectations. Regarding your points in this review, our captains always charge at the beginning of each trip. This is our policy and we don’t wait until customers get off the boat to avoid being left at the dock empty handed. Regarding the bait, the crew bought goggle eyes specifically for you to use as bait after you confirmed that you wanted to
pay extra to use them, and when you refused to pay for them and left the dock, Captain Experiences footed the bill for you. This is why we charge customers up front, and unfortunately since this was an add-on we were left holding the bill. Our goal is for every trip we send out to be the trip of a lifetime, and its disappointing to hear that you think we are “tricking” anyone. Our policies and procedures are clearly laid out on the website, and we are available anytime for questions from anyone looking to book a trip. We’ve tried to reach out via text, email, and call to talk to you about your trip, so please get back to us so we can try to give you some resolution here that works for everyone.
