How did you get started guiding?
I started guiding because I wanted to share my love of fishing with others. That and eat, I need to eat.
What makes you different from other guides?
A lot of guides can put you on fish — that’s not the hard part. What sets me apart is the experience you get from the moment you step on the boat. I run a clean, safe, modern operation, and I tailor every trip to the people onboard. Some folks want hands‑on coaching, others want to relax and enjoy the morning, and some want to chase a specific species. I adjust the trip to you, not the other way around.
I’m patient, I explain the ‘why’ behind what we’re doing, and I make sure everyone — from first‑timers to seasoned anglers — feels confident and has a great time. At the end of the day, my goal isn’t just to catch fish. It’s to give you a trip you’ll remember and want to come back for.
