Captain Roy grew up fishing the saltwater estuaries outside New Orleans, LA. He moved to Texas in 1980 to become a guide on freshwater lakes, but his love for the ocean never faded. He came to Port Isabel to rediscover the joy in a saltwater battle and share his love for the seas.
