About Your Trip

Join Captain Ronny for a day on the water targeting Crappie, Catfish, or Bass. Whether you're looking to learn something new, spend time with family and friends, or simply enjoy a few hours of fishing, Captain Ronny will tailor the trip to your goals and the conditions on the day of your trip.

Captain Ronny has been fishing his entire life, and what he enjoys most is helping others catch fish and have a good time on the water. He's happy to fish with anglers of all experience levels, from first-timers to seasoned fishermen.

You'll be fishing from a 21' bass boat equipped with LiveScope and a livewell. The boat is set up specifically for freshwater fishing and provides plenty of room to fish comfortably while allowing Captain Ronny to move efficiently between productive areas throughout the day.

Trips are available with 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM start times, and departure times can often be adjusted if needed. All rods, reels, tackle, and fishing gear are included, and live bait is provided when it's part of the day's plan. If you'd like to keep your catch, fish cleaning is included at no additional cost.

Drinks are provided, and you're welcome to bring additional refreshments if you'd like. Canned beer is allowed onboard.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.

If you're interested in spending a day chasing Crappie, Catfish, or Bass with a guide who genuinely enjoys helping people catch fish, Captain Ronny would be glad to have you aboard.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.
You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel up to 1 day before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Ronny is a great guide. He knows where the fish are even during windy, low pressure conditions he put us on the fish. He's not real talkative but he knows his business and he's patient with kids. We had a good time.

In the event of inclement weather, our guides will check the conditions and make the final call on whether its safe to go on the trip. If they decide the trip needs to be postponed, we'll work closely with you to reschedule or provide a credit for the full deposit, which can be applied to any of our trips in the US and beyond.
Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
