Tarpon Trips – The Silver King Experience

There’s nothing quite like the adrenaline rush of hooking into a tarpon – and we specialize in putting you right in the heart of the action.

The tarpon season kicks off strong in the spring, starting in April, when we begin targeting these giants in Boca Grande Pass – world-famous for its annual tarpon migration. This area becomes a hot zone for anglers as thousands of tarpon move
in to feed and stage before pushing along the beaches.

As the season progresses into May, June, and July, we transition to chasing rolling tarpon along the beaches and nearshore waters. Sight fishing in crystal-clear water with calm seas and light winds creates some of the most visually thrilling opportunities to hook a true trophy fish.

We offer both early morning and night trips, which are known for producing killer bites and a shot at multiple fish. That said, a solid morning-to-midday trip can still produce epic action and great memories for anglers of all levels.

Whether you’re a seasoned tarpon angler or chasing your first Silver King, we’ll tailor the trip to your style and skill level. These fish are powerful, acrobatic, and unforgettable – and we’re here to guide you to the fight of a lifetime

Born and raised in the heart of Southwest Florida, I’ve been fishing these waters since I could walk. Growing up surrounded by the beauty and bounty of Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf, becoming a fishing guide wasn’t just a goal—it was a lifelong dream.

From a young age, I knew I wanted to spend my life on the water, sharing the thrill of the catch and the peace of the backcountry with others. Guiding isn’t just a job for me—it’s
a true passion. Every trip is an opportunity to connect people with the incredible fishery I’ve been lucky enough to call home my whole life.

Beyond the thrill of fishing, I hold a deep respect for our local waters and marine life. Conservation plays a major role in everything I do—from practicing sustainable fishing methods to educating others on the importance of preserving our coastal ecosystem for future generations.

When you step aboard with me, you’re not just booking a fishing trip—you’re joining a journey rooted in passion, tradition, and respect for the water that shaped who I am today.
