I've been fishing, crabbing and clamming the local bays and waterways since I could walk. Almost 50 years now. Began running our 15' Boston Whaler at about 13 years of age, and I'm now up to a 21' Sailfish center console. I like to start with Stripers and/or Tog in the spring, then flounder season opens in May. As the summer months heat up, I'll start to leave the bay and head for the nearshore...

Began running our 15' Boston Whaler at about 13 years of age, and I'm now up to a 21' Sailfish center console. I like to start with Stripers and/or Tog in the spring, then flounder season opens in May. As the summer months heat up, I'll start to leave the bay and head for the nearshore reef sites for flounder and sea bass when in season. If bunker schools are present, I love to snag and drop for sharks and cobia. As the waters cool, it's back to striped bass and trips times revolve around the tides. The migratory fish tend to arrive here in December, so layer up and come hook some slobs.

Our family had a wonderful fishing trip with Jeff. We had our 7 year old granddaughter with us and, thanks to Jeff’s help with her fishing rod and making sure she saw her catches up close, she loved this fishing experience. We caught 6 flounder and several other kinds of fish. Jeff was great with communication and scheduling the trip for the best conditions. I strongly recommend him for a private fishing experience.
