Captain Daniel’s 3- and 4-hour trolling trips out of Boynton Beach are perfect for anglers who want to spend a few productive hours on the water without committing to a full-day charter. Whether you're brand new to saltwater fishing or a seasoned angler with limited time, these trips offer a great introduction to the area's nearshore and offshore species.

With over 25 years of local fishing experience, Captain Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and the ability to adapt to conditions to make the most of every outing. You’ll be fishing aboard a 35’ Contender center console powered by twin Yamaha V6 300 engines. This performance vessel is fully equipped with GPS, fishfinder, outriggers, tuna tubes, a live bait well, and an ice box to keep your catch fresh. There's even a freshwater shower onboard, and a first mate will be there to help with everything from baiting hooks to gaffing fish.

The 3-hour trip is a great choice for beginners or families looking to test the waters. You'll troll just off the coast and along the reef edge for species like King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, Mutton Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, and possibly even a Sailfish or Bull Shark. With just a few hours on deck, the goal is to get lines in quickly and make the most of the time, offering a solid shot at landing something memorable.

If you’re looking for a bit more time to cover more ground and explore additional techniques, the 4-hour trip adds flexibility and range. You’ll target a wider variety of fish including Sailfish, Wahoo, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and Spanish Mackerel. Trolling is the primary method, but if conditions allow and you're up for it, Captain Dan can set you up with live bait kite fishing or drifting to increase your chances at bigger game.

Live bait is available for both trips for an additional $100—just be sure to specify in the special request box when booking if you’d like to include it.

Captain Daniel provides everything you need for the day, including rods, reels, tackle, fishing licenses, bait (with the option to upgrade to live bait), and bottled water. He’ll also clean and fillet your catch at the end of the trip. All you need to bring are your favorite snacks, drinks, and sun protection.

Whether you're chasing your first offshore bite or just want a few hours of quality time on the water, these short trolling trips are a fun, low-pressure way to experience the incredible fishing Boynton Beach has to offer.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel up to 1 day before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
