Tampa Bay holds a healthy and diverse shark fishery, and Captain Steven's four to eight hour shark charter puts you right in the middle of it. This is a trip built around one of the most physically demanding and genuinely exciting targets in inshore and nearshore fishing, with hard-fighting sharks that test gear and angler alike from the moment they find the bait.

Tampa Bay and the surrounding nearshore waters attract a variety of shark species throughout the year, giving Captain Steven options to work with regardless of season or conditions. The approach is straightforward and effective, with all the gear and bait provided so anglers of any experience level can step aboard and focus entirely on the fight rather than the setup.

Captain Steven tailors the outing to whoever is on the boat, making this a solid choice for first-time shark anglers and seasoned fishermen alike. The four to eight hour window gives flexibility on duration, allowing you to choose a trip length that fits your schedule while still leaving enough time on the water to find fish and let the bite develop.

The 2016 26-foot Blazer Bay center console is a capable and well-equipped platform for Tampa Bay shark fishing, with a live bait tank to keep bait fresh and active, GPS, and a fishfinder to locate structure and productive water throughout the trip. There is no onboard restroom, so plan accordingly for the duration.

You'll fish aboard his 26’ Blazer Bay—powered by a Yamaha engine and fully equipped with GPS, Fishfinder, Live Bait Well, & an Ice Box. It’s fast, comfortable, and built for both inshore and nearshore action.

All rods, reels, tackle, lures, and live bait are included (he’s got bait before you even hit the water), along with bottled water, licenses, and fish cleaning at no extra charge.

With Captain Steven at the helm, you're in for a fun, action-packed day chasing some of Florida’s finest game fish. Just bring your snacks, sunblock, and get ready to reel!

Everything is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
