About Your Trip

Looking for a fun, productive day on the water—and maybe even dinner for the whole family? Join Captain Frank for a 6-hour bottom fishing charter just offshore from the Kiawah and Seabrook Islands area. With deep knowledge of these waters and years of experience, Captain Frank is ready to take you to the hot spots and put you on fish.

Fishing aboard a 31’ Pursuit cuddy cabin, fully restored in 2021 and powered by twin
300HP Yamahas, you’ll cruise comfortably at up to 27 knots. The boat is fully outfitted with Garmin radar, fishfinder, GPS, outriggers, a live bait well, air conditioning, and an enclosed toilet for your convenience. There's plenty of deck space and seating for up to 6 anglers, making it ideal for families or small groups.

This 6-hour trip targets bottom-dwelling species like Vermilion Snapper, Red Snapper, Black Seabass, Gray Triggerfish, Grouper, and Scup (Porgy) while drifting over productive live bottom areas in 80 to 105 feet of water. It's a hands-on, steady-action trip with a great chance of taking home fresh fish at the end of the day.

Everything you need is included:

- Rods, reels, tackle, and lures
- Live bait if targeting species like Cobia
- Catch cleaning and filleting at the dock
- Fishing licenses for all anglers
- Ice and cooler space onboard

The first mate is there to help make your day smooth and successful—it’s customary to tip 20% to show appreciation for their hard work.

Captain Frank welcomes all experience levels and is happy to accommodate families. Just be sure to bring non-spray sunscreen, sunglasses, snacks, and drinks. Alcohol is welcome in moderation (no glass bottles or hard liquor). There's a cooler onboard for your use, so please leave large coolers in your vehicle.

With productive fishing grounds just minutes offshore and all gear provided, this is one of the best ways to enjoy Charleston’s coastal waters and bring home a fresh catch. Let Captain Frank show you a true Lowcountry fishing experience!
