About Your Trip

1. The trip targets sharks, tarpon and sometimes barracuda. The duration is 4 hours typically from 5 - 9pm. Depending on where the fish have been biting we could fish as close as a nearby flat or as far as Rodriguez Key. Upon request we can move the departure and return time of the charter if possible.
2. Typically there is a mate on board. It is customary to tip him 15 - 20% of the charter cost.
3. The boat has two coolers for drinks and food (which we do not provide (except for water)). Additionally there is an easy to use toilet on board.
4. The boat is a nice stable platform with lots of cockpit space, making fishing like this very comfortable.

My favorite pastime is fishing with my friends and family. I grew up in New York, fishing and boating with my grandfather off the south shore of Long Island, I have never forgotten those experience. Being able to get my family engaged with the ocean and make new memories has been a dream of mine for a long time and it’s a profession I’m very passionate about. When I got out of the military I knew this was what I wanted to do and where I wanted to be. I really enjoy both reef and offshore trips and working on my craft as a fisherman. Whether we’re going for snappers or offshore in search of mahi, it’s an experience I really enjoy.

Everything is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
