Join Captain Zoltan for a versatile offshore fishing trip where the plan is built around the conditions and what’s biting best. With years of experience and a laid-back, knowledgeable approach, he’ll put you in the right spots and help you make the most of your time on the water.

Depending on the season and how far you want to run, you’ll have the opportunity to target a wide range of species including mahi mahi, tuna, wahoo, sailfish, kingfish, and swordfish offshore, along with snapper, hogfish, and other reef species closer in.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 36’ Topaz Express with plenty of room for up to 6 guests. The boat is well-equipped with outriggers, modern electronics, a live bait well, and a comfortable cabin with a full head. It’s a solid setup whether you’re running offshore or working reefs and wrecks.

Trip Options & Approach

Half day trips are a great way to get out, dial in on a specific target, and stay closer to shore while still getting steady action. If you’re looking for more variety and range, a 3/4 day gives you the flexibility to mix in reef, wreck, and offshore fishing depending on conditions. Full day trips open things up even more, allowing you to run farther offshore and target a wider range of species.

Captain Zoltan will guide you through a mix of techniques including trolling, bottom fishing, spinning, and deep dropping depending on the plan for the day. Whether you’re experienced or brand new, he keeps things approachable and hands-on.

What’s Included

All rods, reels, tackle, bait, and fishing licenses are covered, so you can show up ready to fish. Your catch will be cleaned and filleted at the end of the trip, making it easy to take your fish home.

A first mate will be on board to help throughout the day and keep things running smoothly. As is customary, mates work for tips and typically receive 15–20% of the trip.

Good to Know

Kids are welcome, and child-sized life vests are available. Feel free to bring snacks, drinks, and anything else you’d like for the day—just stick to non-spray sunscreen and avoid glass bottles or hard liquor.

These trips are all about flexibility and making the most of the conditions. Whether you want to stay busy on the reefs or head offshore in search of bigger fish, Captain Zoltan will tailor the day to give you the best shot.

My favorite pastime is fishing with my friends and family. I grew up in New York, fishing and boating with my grandfather off the south shore of Long Island, I have never forgotten those experience. Being able to get my family engaged with the ocean and make new memories has been a dream of mine for a long time and it’s a profession I’m very passionate about. When I got out of the military I knew this was what I wanted to do and where I wanted to be. I really enjoy both reef and offshore trips and working on my craft as a fisherman. Whether we’re going for snappers or offshore in search of mahi, it’s an experience I really enjoy.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
