Captain Matt's Mosquito Lagoon fishing trip is perfect for anglers of all experience levels. You'll be cruising mangrove-lined backcountry waters, inlets, and open bay areas for a variety of sportfish species like big redfish, speckled trout, snook, black drum, pompano, and even tarpon if you're lucky. Captain Matt has all the gear ready to go for your trip - even your fishing license!

If you're looking to fill the freezer with delicious fish fillets, Captain
Matt will gladly clean your catch after the trip for no extra fee. Let him know your t-shirt size and he'll even bring t-shirts for the whole group!

If you're a fly angler, bring your favorite combo and Captain Matt will gladly show you the best fly fishing spots. It's tough to beat hooking into a bull red in the skinny waters of Mosquito Lagoon.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 7 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 7 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, bait, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
