About Your Trip

Grab a group of up to 6 people and come experience the thrill of the Gulf of America on a full-day offshore adventure filled with fishing, excitement, and memories! This is the perfect trip for fishermen who want to spend the day exploring everything the Gulf has to offer, from high-speed trolling to bottom fishing and deep dropping hundreds of feet below the surface.

Your trip begins early as you catch the beautiful sunrise while heading through the pass and out into Gulf waters. Once offshore, the trolling lines can go out as you make your way toward the first fishing grounds. Using high-speed trolling lures, you'll be on the lookout for King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Wahoo, and anything else willing to chase down a fast-moving bait.

From there, it's time to switch gears and start bottom fishing. You'll drop lines over productive structure in hopes of bringing up Red Snapper, Triggerfish, Vermilion Snapper, and other species that may be holding below. Depending on the season, regulations, and what's biting, your captain will work to put you in the best areas available that day.

But the adventure doesn't stop there. You'll continue farther offshore into deeper water, where the electric reels come out for some serious deep-drop fishing. You'll be fishing anywhere from roughly 200 to 900 feet of water while targeting species like Red Grouper, Snowy Grouper, Tilefish, Amberjack, and Almaco Jack. When you're dropping a bait that far down, you truly never know what might be waiting near the bottom or what you're going to pull back up!

Throughout the day, you'll get the chance to experience several different styles of offshore fishing rather than spending the entire trip doing just one thing. Troll your way between spots, work the bottom for reef and structure-oriented fish, and then head deep to see what you can find hundreds of feet beneath the boat. Your captain will adjust the game plan based on conditions, the season, and where the fish have been biting.

This is a full day in the Gulf, so come prepared. Bring a cooler loaded with plenty of drinks to stay hydrated along with enough food and snacks to keep yourself fueled throughout the trip. You'll appreciate it after a long day of dropping lines and reeling fish up from the depths!

Everything is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
