Get ready to battle some of the Atlantic's toughest predators on this action-packed shark fishing trip out of Ponce Inlet!

Captain John will take you just outside the inlet, where you'll set out in search of the sharks that patrol Florida's Atlantic Coast. Depending on the conditions and time of year, possible catches include Blacktip, Spinner, Bull, Blacknose, and other shark species.

At just 3 hours, this trip is a great way to get on the water without committing to a full day, and it's especially well suited for families and younger anglers looking for an exciting introduction to saltwater fishing. Shark fishing can mean some serious fights, so be ready to hang on when one takes the bait!

All shark fishing on this trip is catch and release.

You'll fish aboard Captain John's 26' Trophy Pro powered by twin 150 HP Suzuki four-stroke engines. The boat comes equipped with quality Penn and Shimano fishing gear, navigational electronics, and all necessary safety equipment.

Captain John provides the rods, reels, tackle, bait, and fishing licenses, so just bring along your favorite snacks and drinks, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and anything else you'd like for the day.

Captain John can accommodate up to 5 guests, and children ages 5 and up are welcome.

Born and raised in Florida, John has been fishing for as long as he can remember and now puts that experience to work helping anglers make the most of their time on the Atlantic. Everything is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

If they decide the trip needs to be postponed, we'll work closely with you to reschedule or provide a credit for the full deposit, which can be applied to any of our trips in the US and beyond.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
