These Tuna trips are for the dedicated angler! Though the vessel, the 60ft Shady Lady, provides every comfort you need for an overnight trip, the best Tuna fishing happens in the early hours of the morning when the Tuna emerge from the depths to feed.

Captain Brian offers trips that run from 18 hours all the way up 60 hours. Thus the itinerary for each trip can vary. But there is no doubt, the longer your trip the higher likely hood for bigger and greater varieties of fish!

As mentioned, big Yellow Fin and Black Fin Tuna spend the majority of their time in thousands of feet of water. They only come up into fishable depths to feed and this usually happens at night and more often than not in the hours leading up to dawn.

So depending on the season, and duration of your trip, Captain Brian may also take you to some deep-dropping locations where you can haul up delicious Tilefish, Warsaw Grouper, and Wreck Fish.

Trolling for Big Bill Fish is also another fun activity to fill time between Tuna feeding times.

Everything for your trip is covered by the captain but longer trips definitely require a little planning to go over meals, fuel, and other logistics. So book ahead of time to start planning the absolute trip of a lifetime with Captain Brian!

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 30 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 30 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
