About Your Trip

The waters of coastal Steinhatchee are blessed with impeccable salinity, temperature, and sediment levels for bay scallops, creating the perfect storm for summer scalloping. Join the experienced Captain Melissa on the grass flats for an exciting Easter egg hunt of the aquatic variety! She will provide you with collection bags, safety gear, and most importantly a valid fishing license. Due to sanitation reasons please bring snorkel, mask and fins.

Captain Melissa’s 22’ charter comes equipped with a step-ladder to make the glassy water easily accessible. The vessel fits up to 6 guests on this adventure, which should be a blast. All you need to bring is sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, snacks, drinks, towels, mask, fins, snorkel and your favorite fishing hat. You’re sure to have a great time snorkeling among the grass!
