About Your Trip

This trip is for anyone in the family! Have you ever wondered what lives on the bottom of the bay? We will drag a net and pull the catch up on board, this is a very exciting and educational adventure for everyone! You have the chance of seeing crabs, shrimp, flounders, puffer fish, sting rays, starfish, and many other kinds of sea creatures. Every time is uniquely amazing! As a bonus you may get to observe the dolphin’s behavior trying to steal your catch right from the net. If we catch enough shrimp you are welcome to take them home. You'll also have the opportunity to see dolphins up close in their own environment. Watching the Wild dolphins is an extraordinary experience, whether they are hunting and catching fish, or just interacting with other pod members. Come see for yourself and take home your own amazing pictures and memories. The captain can't guarantee a dolphin sighting but will try his best!
You can also slip off back into our Bayous and Marshlands for a Breathtaking experience. Slowly easing back into the creeks and seeing beautiful birds of Prey like Osprey, Great Blue Herons, Bald Eagle, Snowy Egrets, Green Herons, Pelicans, beautiful wild flowers and water lily’s and so much more. Feel free to bring your own Binoculars. If you have polarized glasses, wear them. (This helps to see into the water better)
Make sure to bring a camera to capture the special moments that you create together! This is an experience that does not include fishing.

How did you get started guiding?
After a career as a Law Enforcement Officer, I needed a healthier lifestyle. Getting back to my roots was the thing to do.
What makes you different from other guides?
Most, not all, don't mind taking your money. These are the same captains whose theory is, well, there are enough customers out there if I don't see them again. Every time I guide a person or persons, I am treating it as a job interview. Because of this, many, of my customers return year after year.

Great 1/2 day trip. Kids had fun and mom and dad had fun. Whether catching bait, catching fish, dolphin watching, or just cruising, Capt Jason was top notch and worked hard to keep all entertained. Even got to see a huge manta ray as a bonus.

Jason was amazing. SO great with kids and very personable with adults. And an “authentic” type of personable, at that.
