This 2-hour family-friendly trip out of Panama City Beach is the perfect introduction to saltwater fishing—great for kids, first-timers, and anyone just looking to get a line wet without committing to a full-day adventure. With calm inshore waters and action-packed target species, this is a trip designed for pure fishing fun.

You’ll be fishing the scenic flats, jetties, and inshore waters where species like Redfish, Flounder, Sheepshead, and Spanish Mackerel love to hang out. These fish are perfect for young or beginner anglers—plentiful, feisty, and a blast to catch on light tackle. Whether you're casting live bait near the jetties or trolling through the flats, there's always a good chance of hooking up!

Captain will provide all the gear you need—rods, reels, and tackle are included, and live bait can be provided for a small additional fee. If you’re lucky enough to land a keeper or two, the captain also offers fish cleaning services for an additional charge, so you can take home a fresh dinner.

You’ll be cruising aboard a 24’ Sea Pro Center Console, powered by a 250HP Yamaha engine. This boat is perfectly sized for small groups (up to 4 anglers) and built for navigating the shallow flats and tight inshore spots with ease. Onboard amenities include a live well, Bluetooth radio, and power pole for quick anchoring—plus you’re welcome to play your own tunes while you fish. Just don’t forget to bring your favorite drinks and snacks (beer is welcome too, just leave the glass at home).

This midday trip kicks off at 11:30 AM, giving you time to enjoy the morning and still get in a great fishing session. Whether you're visiting PCB on vacation or just want to introduce the kids to something new, this trip is an awesome way to make some memories on the water—rods in hand and smiles all around.

All rods, reels, and tackle are included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
This trip is managed by an outfitter. Joshua will be your point of contact and you will go out with one of their guides.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Little upsetting to pay $450 an there was no backup idea to catch fish another way. Just a future idea would be if you offer a kids fishing trip, make sure the kids can catch something. I would expect some kind of refund. Two of four people didn’t even touch a reel and had to pay $130 a piece.
