Fishing further out in the Gulf Captain Kent will bust out the heavier tackle and give you the option of Trolling for Kingfish, Mahi Mahi, and Amberjack or Bottomfishing for Trigger fish and a variety of tasty snapper and grouper species.

We had a great day of fishing. Captain Kent and his wife worked very hard to ensure we caught fish. We trolled out in the gulf and caught 6 nice amberjacks, which we had to release since they were out of season. He then movers us to an area that had some structure to it and we hit 3 nice false tuna and 1 large fish that eventually threw the hook. Captain Kent filleted the...

My fishing trip with Captain Kent and his wife Bobbi was an incredible experience from start to finish. They both made us feel welcome and comfortable, with Captain Kent expertly guiding us to the best fishing spots, while Bobbi shared her knowledge of the area and tips helped us reel in some impressive catches, we had everything we needed. Not only did he take us to prime fishing spots, but he also shared delicious recipes for preparing our catch, making the experience even more special. Along the way, he pointed out dolphins playing in the water and fighter jets take off from the airport. Their teamwork and hospitality truly set this trip apart, and it was a pleasure to spend the morning with such a friendly and knowledgeable duo on the water.

Had a great trip. Captain and crew did amazing at explaining things and getting us on some fish. He even had great recipe ideas for the fish we took home(after he cleaned them for us!) Highly recommend.
