About Your Trip

Come experience a fully guided early teal hunt with an expert local guide! We will be hunting from comforts of one of our many hunting blinds in the Garwood and Eagle Lake area.

Located about a hour from from Houston we will meet up at Bucees in Wharton before the hunt to get acquainted with the guide and to fill out liability waiver form. From there you will follow guide to hunting location where you will park and load your gun and gear into guides customized utv to get you to the hunting blind. While you are getting comfortable in blind, guide will set up decoy spread and get everything ready for the hunt that starts 30 minutes before sunrise.

Our expert guide will do all the calling to decoying birds and call the shot once the birds are in range, the rest is fond memories that will be made by you on this action packed hunt with birds decoying 20-30 yards out in front of you.

Your guide will have some snacks and waters in blind for you to enjoy between groups of birds. Your comfort and experience is our upmost priority and we pay close attention to all the details to ensure you have a good time and want to come hunt with us agian!

Shotguns available for rent and extra shells available for sale upon request.
We recommend rubber boots and lightweight long sleeve camo clothing.
You'll need to buy a hunting license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.
This trip is managed by an outfitter. Steven will be your point of contact and you will go out with one of their guides.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, bait, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
