How did you get started guiding?
I had wanted to be a guide since I was a young kid and just never had a chance to do it. Back in 2018, I finally had an opportunity to attend Sea School and get my Captain's license. I had several friends who were guides and they were very encouraging for me to also be a guide. Once I got my captain's license I started running inshore & nearshore charters out of my 1997 Hewes Red

What makes you different from other guides?
I think that one thing that helps me stand out from other guides is that I worked for the Ritz-Carlton hotel company on Maui for 10 years and I understand the importance of good customer service. I strive to treat my customers with the utmost respect and care while on a charter in order to provide a quality fishing experience for my clients. I am also the owner/operator of my company and I want to make sure to keep a good reputation in the fishing industry.
