Kick off waterfowl season with Parker on an action-packed September teal hunt in the heart of prime migratory bird country. Early teal season is one of the most exciting times of the year for duck hunters, offering fast-paced shooting, warm weather, and plenty of opportunities to knock the rust off before the regular duck season begins.

Parker and his team have access to a variety of productive hunting locations and carefully managed blinds, allowing them to stay on active birds throughout the season. By scouting daily and adjusting to changing bird patterns, they work hard to ensure hunters are positioned where the action is hottest. When the teal migration is in full swing, it's not uncommon to see groups of birds buzzing the decoys throughout the morning, creating exciting and challenging shooting opportunities.

Most hunts are conducted from well-brushed pit blinds that provide excellent concealment while keeping hunters comfortable and out of the water. These blinds offer protection from the elements and allow you to focus on the hunt while remaining hidden from wary birds. The comfortable setup makes the experience enjoyable for both seasoned waterfowl hunters and those new to the sport.

September teal hunts are known for their fast action, quick flights, and frequent shooting opportunities. Blue-winged and Green-winged Teal are among the fastest ducks in North America, making every pass over the decoys a thrilling challenge. You will be responsible for your own gear. Parker will be in touch to discuss details before the trip.

You'll need to buy a hunting license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

This trip is managed by an outfitter. Parker will be your point of contact and you will go out with one of their guides.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

The deposit for this trip is non-refundable except for weather-related cancellations. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

If they decide the trip needs to be postponed, we'll work closely with you to reschedule or provide a credit for the full deposit, which can be applied to any of our trips in the US and beyond.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
