Get ready for one of the most intense fishing experiences the Gulf Coast has to offer as you join Zach for a land-based shark fishing adventure along the Florida Panhandle. This is not your typical day at the beach. You'll be targeting some of the ocean's most powerful predators from the shoreline using specialized equipment designed to handle truly giant fish.

Unlike traditional shark charters that fish from boats, this trip takes place directly on the sand, where you'll set up and battle sharks from the beach. Zach has spent countless days pursuing sharks along the Panhandle and is on the beach nearly year-round, giving him an unmatched understanding of seasonal movements, bait placement, and the conditions that produce big bites.

Over the course of this 6-hour trip, you'll deploy multiple heavy-duty 130-class reels, the largest tackle commonly used in recreational shark fishing. These reels are built for one purpose: stopping massive sharks. Depending on the trip setup, Zach will typically fish five to six rods at a time, maximizing your opportunities for action throughout the day.

One of the most fascinating aspects of this experience is the bait deployment process. Rather than simply casting from shore, baits weighing up to 15 pounds are carried far offshore using kayaks and drones. This allows baits to reach productive depths and travel corridors where large sharks are actively feeding. Watching these baits get positioned and waiting for a reel to come screaming to life is all part of the excitement.

The Florida Panhandle is home to an impressive variety of shark species, and you may have the opportunity to encounter several throughout the season. Potential catches can include Bull Sharks, Tiger Sharks, Lemon Sharks, Hammerheads, Sandbar Sharks, Dusky Sharks, and other species that patrol these waters. Every trip is different, and every run has the potential to connect you with the fish of a lifetime.

This adventure is about much more than simply catching sharks. You'll learn about shark behavior, conservation, tackle, bait selection, and the unique techniques required to safely target and release these incredible animals. Zach is passionate about the fishery and works hard to provide an exciting, educational, and memorable experience for anglers of all skill levels.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 7 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 7 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
