With years of experience navigating these waters, Captain Randy knows exactly where to take you for an exciting day of fishing, fun, and making lifelong memories. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or bringing the whole family along for their first offshore adventure, this trip is designed to be a great experience for everyone.

The Gulf is home to a wide variety of seasonal fish, and you never know what might be on the end of your line—it could be the fish of a lifetime! Depending on the time of year, you might reel in species like Cobia, Gag Grouper, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Red Snapper, Spadefish, or Gray Triggerfish. You’ll likely use a mix of techniques like trolling and bottom fishing with light or heavy tackle to hook into these incredible fish. Captain Randy will guide you every step of the way, ensuring a safe, fun, and action-packed trip.

Families are more than welcome on this adventure, making it a perfect way to get the kids outdoors and introduce them to the thrill of fishing. Be sure to ask about child-sized life vests, or bring your own to ensure the best fit. Packing snacks for the little ones is always a great idea to keep them happy and energized, and with plenty of room on board, everyone can enjoy the trip comfortably.

You’ll be fishing aboard Captain Randy’s 28’ Triton center console, an offshore boat with tall sides that allow you to fish 360 degrees around the deck. This setup ensures ample space for all passengers to have a line in the water, and the boat is equipped with everything you need for a productive day. For added convenience, there’s a restroom on board so you can stay comfortable throughout the trip.

Captain Randy provides all the essentials, including rods, reels, and lures, and the charter covers your fishing license, so there’s no need to worry about extra paperwork. He’ll also share valuable tips on regulations for certain fish species, including what can be kept depending on the season. You’ll end your day with a better understanding of the Gulf’s incredible fishery and some delicious fillets to take home if regulations allow.

Don’t forget to pack bottled water, sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, and anything else you’ll need to stay comfortable in the sun. You’re welcome to bring your favorite beverages along as well—just avoid hard liquor and glass bottles for safety.

All rods, reels, and tackle are included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, bait, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
