About Your Trip

If you're looking to battle monster Catfish, Falcon Lake is the place to do it! This trip is all about targeting trophy-sized Blue and Flathead Catfish, known to reach massive sizes in these rich waters. Whether you're an experienced angler chasing a personal best or a newcomer looking to land your first giant, this trip is designed to put you on the fish and deliver an unforgettable experience.

We’ll kick things off early, meeting between 6:30–7:00 AM for morning trips or 5:30–7:00 PM for evening and night trips. After making sure everyone is set up and comfortable, we’ll go over the plan for the day, cover safety guidelines, and then head out in search of the biggest Catfish Falcon Lake has to offer.

Using rod-and-reel setups designed for hauling in giants, we’ll fish with a variety of fresh-cut and live bait, placing our lines in prime locations where these whiskered monsters like to hide. Whether we’re setting up along deep channels, submerged structure, or drop-offs, we’ll use proven techniques to entice the biggest fish to bite. If you’re after a true trophy, night fishing can be especially productive, as big Catfish become more active after dark.

Trips last between 4 to 8 hours, giving us plenty of time to track down the lake’s biggest predators. Once the trip wraps up, we’ll meet at the nearest cleaning station, where we’ll clean and bag your catch at no extra charge.

We provide all the rods, reels, tackle, and bottled water—you just need to bring your own snacks, drinks, and weather-appropriate clothing. Depending on the time of year, temperatures can range from the mid-30s in winter to over 100°F in the summer, so be sure to dress accordingly.

All rods, reels, and tackle are included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip.
You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
The deposit for this trip is non-refundable except for weather-related cancellations. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
