If you’re looking to go all in on an offshore adventure, Captain Frank is your guy. These 10–12 hour deep sea trips out of Ocean Township are built for anglers who want to go toe-to-fin with some of the most exciting species the Atlantic has to offer. From sunrise runs to the canyon edges to battling big tuna in open water, this trip is all about getting out deep, staying on the bite, and putting serious fish in the boat.

You’ll head out aboard a sleek 30’ Sea Hunt center console—brand new in 2023 and fully loaded with twin Yamaha 150s, top-tier electronics (radar, sonar, GPS, fish finders), and even misters to keep you cool when the summer sun starts cooking. The ride out is comfortable, fast, and dialed in for long days offshore. There's also a clean restroom on board—a major bonus when you’re spending a full day on the water.

Depending on the season and conditions, you’ll be trolling, chunking, and dropping down baits for a killer lineup of pelagic predators. Expect to target Yellowfin Tuna, Longfin (Albacore) Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and even White Marlin. Captain Frank is a versatile pro when it comes to technique—whether it’s trolling rigged ballyhoo for Marlin, chunking butterfish for Yellowfin, or running topwater plugs to draw explosive strikes from Mahi near weed lines, he’s got the tools and know-how to put you on fish.

This trip is also a great shot at deep dwellers like Tilefish and other mixed bottom species when conditions allow. With a federal permit onboard, you’ll have the green light to run far and fish hard—no state line limits here.

All gear, tackle, bait (live and cut), and licenses are included, and Captain Frank will handle cleaning your catch back at the dock. Just bring weather-appropriate gear, food, drinks (no glass, please), and your favorite playlist—Bluetooth music is welcome onboard.

Depending on the species we have some different methodologies. Bluefish we have an early morning trip that will shock you how big some of these blues can get in the bay! Stripers well we catch em when people don’t expect to be catching them. Fall stripers well mix it up with trolling spoons and umbrellas to live lining and poppers all in the same trip to keep the action up.
Offshore we get the Roffs forecast and talk with clients why we should fish where we fish. We also like to see you catch fish so sometimes we don’t really watch the time and enjoy the action!

I still charter boats on vacation and I see what they do vs what I do. Example a guy in Stuart Florida stops fishing at one point and opens up his shackle box that his wife makes for crew and charter guests. Candy, fruit etc… cool idea

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
This trip is managed by an outfitter. Frank will be your point of contact and you will go out with one of their guides.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
The deposit for this trip is non-refundable except for weather-related cancellations. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
