About Your Trip

Head out with Captain Steve for an exciting coastal nearshore fishing adventure in the waters off St. Augustine. With a 23’ Pathfinder bay boat designed to handle nearshore wrecks and reefs, you’ll have the perfect setup for chasing some of the hardest-fighting fish in the area. Whether you're after bull sharks, cobia, crevalle jack, king mackerel, or even wahoo, this trip offers a thrilling mix of rod-bending action and fresh seafood potential.

Depending on the
season and conditions, you’ll fish around wrecks, reefs, and nearshore structure, where predatory fish gather to feed. King mackerel will crush fast-moving baits, cobia might cruise just beneath the surface near rays and buoys, and bull sharks will put your strength to the test in a drag-screaming battle. Captain Steve will provide expert guidance, whether you’re a seasoned angler or new to coastal fishing.

You'll be fishing aboard a 22’ Pathfinder, a versatile and well-equipped boat perfect for nearshore waters. Outfitted with a trolling motor, GPS, live bait well, and top-tier rods and reels, this vessel is built for action.

Captain Steve provides all the bait, tackle, rods, reels, fishing licenses, ice, and bottled water. When the trip is over, he’ll even clean and fillet your catch so you can take home fresh fish for dinner.

All you need to bring is food, drinks, sun protection, and weather-appropriate clothing. Whether you're looking for an action-packed fight or a shot at landing delicious fish like king mackerel and cobia, this nearshore adventure promises an incredible day on the water.
