You’ll target Walleye and Northern Pike using light tackle techniques like jigging and trolling, depending on conditions and your preferences. These fish are fun to fight and even better on the table—and Captain Justin knows just where to find them. Whether you're sticking close to town on Muskegon Lake or heading out to explore other hidden gems, he’ll tailor the day to get you on fish fast.

Trips are available for half days or full days, so whether you’re sneaking in a morning bite or spending a whole Saturday out with your crew, you’re in for a smooth ride aboard Captain Justin’s 2023 21’ Lund Pro V Series. This rig is built to handle both lakes and rivers with ease and comfortably fits up to four anglers. Powered by a 300 HP Mercury engine and outfitted with GPS, a fishfinder, VHF radio, and a live bait well, this boat is set up for success from start to finish.

All rods, reels, lures, bait, and tackle are provided, and once you’ve landed your limit, Captain Justin will even clean and fillet your catch so you can take it home ready for the fryer. Just bring along your drinks, snacks, and a valid Michigan fishing license—and you’re good to go.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip.
You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Fished with Captain Justin on Muskegon Lake for walleyes on Sunday, September 14 from 4-8 pm. We fished 6 lines with planer boards and did not have a strike. Sometimes that is fishing. I still plan to book another trip next year.
