Once we head out we will make our way to some nice grass flats loaded with plenty of bait and plenty of trout to catch with some Spanish mackerel mixed in with them. To catch the trout we will be using live bait and artificial lures while we drift over the grass at different depths.

About Your Trip

Once we head out we will make our way to some nice grass flats loaded with plenty of bait and plenty of trout to catch with some Spanish mackerel mixed in with them. To catch the trout we will be using live bait and artificial lures while we drift over the grass at different depths.

After trout fishing we head in to the mangrove back country and target snook and redfish with live bait and cut bait.Snook and redfish are probably two of the most sought after species inshore in Tampa Bay. Snook wait in the shadows of the mangroves and their intricate root systems and ambush prey.

Redfish are cruising around the mangrove shorelines and structures feeding on any types of crustaceans and bait fish they can get. Redfish are strong fighters and are always a lot of fun.

If you are wanting to keep fish we can keep trout, snapper and Spanish mackerel and I will clean them for you to take home. I will have a cooler loaded with ice and waters and all you need to bring is what you want to drink (no glass), beer is welcome and what you want to eat. I provide fishing licenses for up to four people.

I think what makes me different from other guides is the patience that I have with people. I also genuinely love to teach people how to fish and I love fishing so much that I think other people feed off of that.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip. Beer is allowed just please don’t bring glass.I provide waters and ice and all tackle and bait with fishing licenses.There are NO extra fees. Let’s go fishing!!
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
