About Your Trip

Get ready to cast your line into the wild blue – this is your go-to sportfishing adventure in the beautiful Andaman Islands. Our trips are designed for both seasoned anglers and first-timers who want to experience the thrill of reeling in a big one amidst one of the most pristine marine environments in the world. Let’s give you a sneak peek into what your journey with us will look like!

1. Timeline, Distances & Locations:

Our trips usually kick off from Port Blair, the capital of the Andaman Islands. Depending on the package you choose, trips can last anywhere from half a day to multi-day excursions. We typically explore the waters around Havelock Island, Neil Island, Rutland Island, and even the Barren Island region for the more adventurous. The distances vary from 15 to 80 nautical miles depending on the target area – every route planned keeping in mind the best fishing spots and weather conditions.

2. Techniques & Target Species:

We use a range of tried-and-tested techniques tailored to local conditions – jigging, popping, trolling, live baiting, and bottom fishing are all part of the experience. Our crew is passionate about the sport and will guide you every step of the way. In these nutrient-rich waters, you can expect to battle it out with giant trevally (GT), dogtooth tuna, groupers, barracuda, sailfish, marlin, wahoo, mahi-mahi, and more. Whether you're chasing a monster GT or looking to tick off a bucket-list species, we’ve got you covered.

3. Boats, Crew & Amenities:

Our fleet includes well-equipped offshore boats, built for both comfort and performance. Each boat features GPS navigation, fish finders, safety gear, iceboxes, shaded seating, and premium-quality fishing gear. And yes, every trip comes with a skilled mate/crew member who assists with gear setup, techniques, and making sure you get the best out of your day on the water. Hydration and light snacks are always on board, and for full-day trips, lunch is provided too.

4. Special Features:

We’re not just about fishing – we’re about experiences. Multi-day trips can include island stays in hand-picked beachfront cottages or resorts, local-style meals, and even snorkeling or sightseeing if you want a break from the rod. Non-fishing companions are welcome too, and we tailor the trip to ensure everyone has a memorable time. Want to explore Barren Island’s active volcano or swim in hidden lagoons? We’ll make it happen!

5. Customization:

With us, flexibility is key. You can choose between half-day, full-day, or multi-day trips. We also offer customized fishing styles based on your preference – whether you’re into hardcore popping and jigging or want a more relaxed trolling day. Locations, timing, and techniques can all be tailored based on what you’re after and the season.

6. What Makes Us Different:

What sets us apart is our deep local knowledge, friendly hospitality, and a serious passion for sportfishing. Our captains aren’t just operators – they’re avid anglers who know these waters intimately. We focus on quality over quantity, ensuring every trip is personalized, exciting, and safe. With stunning backdrops, crystal-clear waters, and a team that truly cares – this isn’t just another fishing trip. It’s a story you’ll tell for years.

Meet Bishwajit — or as everyone lovingly calls him, Bishu — your friendly fishing companion in the Andamans. With years of experience navigating these turquoise waters, Bishu is more than just a skilled fishing guide — he's the heart and soul of a great sportfishing adventure.

Bishu brings an impressive depth of knowledge about local fish species, seasonal movements, and the best hidden spots that only a true islander would know. Whether you're after a fierce giant trevally on a
popping trip, dropping deep for dogtooth tuna, or trolling the open sea for a feisty sailfish, Bishu’s got the instincts and expertise to help you land your dream catch.

His well-mannered, calm, and cheerful personality instantly puts guests at ease. Always ready with a smile, a helping hand, or a good fishing story, Bishu makes sure every guest — from seasoned anglers to curious first-timers — feels like part of the crew. His communication skills and genuine interest in people make him a natural host on the water.

Bishu’s fishing style is all about precision, patience, and passion. He’s a master of popping, jigging, trolling, and live baiting — always adapting techniques to suit both the sea and the guest’s preference. He thrives on the thrill of the chase, and the joy on your face when the reel screams and the rod bends.

Beyond fishing, Bishu understands the importance of the full experience. He’s attentive, organized, and well-versed in customer service — having worked across various roles in tourism and hospitality. Whether it’s setting up gear, helping with your catch, or ensuring you're comfortable on board, Bishu is always a step ahead, anticipating your needs with quiet efficiency.

Ask anyone who’s fished with Bishu, and they’ll tell you the same thing — he’s not just a guide, he’s a vibe. Someone who makes you feel safe, seen, and celebrated as you take on the sea.

So if you're heading out and you see Bishu at the helm — know that you're in excellent hands. Because with Bishu on board, it's not just about the fish. It's about the feeling.
