About Your Trip

This is a great trip for those who have limited time slots or need to beat the heat of the summer day, but still want to experience some Key West fishing and our beautiful waters.

We leave the dock about three or four hours before sunset and plan on returning just as it gets dark. Sometimes we are flexible with times and can fish into the night.

We plan on making a quick run to where the action has been over the preceding days. Our fast vessel cuts down on time spent traveling which in turn allows for more fishing time.

Depending on the season and weather conditions, delicious snapper or tuna can often be found just off the reef, while sporty shark and tarpon tend to be closer to shore. A guaranteed bycatch is a front row seat at the famous Key West sunset!

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses (polarized are best, even cheap ones, to cut down glar from the water), sunscreen (please avoid sprays, as they stain the boat), weather-appropriate clothing, along with preferred drinks and snacks. We will have plenty of bottled water and coolers of ice.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

We had an amazing time with "Off the Charts" charter and Captain Joe was fantastic! He has a very easy going, friendly personality and it was easy to see he aims to please his customers. He was also extremely patient with my kids and seemed to enjoy teaching them some of his fishing techniques. While my boys have been fishing their whole lives, this was their first time trolling. They loved every minute, especially reeling in their fist Mahi Mahi! I was very satisfied and would highly recommend him for your fishing adventure. We may have just been another charter family for him, but he will live infinitely in our Key West vacation memories!
